What is Strike Force?
Strike Force is a concentrated energy drink that turns 1/2 liter of your favorite beverage into an energy drink. It contains caffeine, taurine, B vitamins, and potassium. See Nutrition Details for more information.
Shipping
- When is my order shipped?
We ship five days a week, and will typically ship your order within 12 – 36 hours.
- What shipping carriers do you use?
Most of our packages are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). United Parcel Service (UPS) can also be an attractive option for larger packages. International shipments may also choose DHL. You may pick your preferred carrier at checkout. If you qualify for free domestic shipping, we will choose the best, most reliable, and most cost efficient class.
- How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 3 business days, please reach out to us.
- Where’s my package?
When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.
- What are the shipping rates?
All domestic (U.S.) orders over $34 dollars are eligible for free shipping.
If you prefer a specific carrier or class of service (2-day, Express, etc.) you may choose that during the checkout process. The rate for any particular service will be displayed along with the available options.
International (non-U.S.) shipping can choose a carrier / service with the associated rate displayed. This rate is dependent on the total weight, shipping dimensions, and the destination country.
- Where do you ship?
We ship all around the world.
- Will you ship to an APO or FPO address?
Yes. In fact, APO and FPO address are treated just like any domestic (U.S.) destination. That even includes being eligible for free shipping if your order qualifies!
During address entry, be sure to use the Country as United States (NOT the country you are deployed in!), the city as APO or FPO, the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO/FPO zip code.
International Packages
- 750ml Bottles
Strike Force will no longer be shipping our 750ml bottles to customers outside of the United States.
While there is no restriction on shipping of Strike Force, we often see confusion from international carriers handling Strike Force as restricted spirits. Similarly, the customs and duty clearance in each country can often confuse Strike Force with spirits, which could be restricted or taxed differently.
Note that this will NOT affect APO/FPO shipping of bottles. The 750ml bottles may still be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Details
- How can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Because of this, we recommend calling us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to fix the order before it ships out.
Payment
- What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club debit and credit cards, and Amazon Payments.
- How do I edit my subscription?
When you would like to edit your Strike Force Club:
- Log in to your account.
- Under "Account Details" select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the "edit" option.
- Once you have made the edits you like, click submit and you will be all set.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
When you would like to discontinue your subscription:
- Log in to your account.
- Under "Account Details" select "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select the "Cancel" option.
- Confirm you want to cancel the subscription, and submit.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds
- What is your return and exchange policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you would like to exchange an apparel item, email info@StrikeForceEnergy.com and we will assist you in setting up an exchange.
- How do I return an item/receive a refund?
If you find that you’re not completely satisfied with anything you receive from Strike Force, we ask that you please email us and let us know why so that we may attempt to fix the situation. Please do not send any items back without first emailing us at info@StrikeForceEnergy.com to set it up. Once you reach out to info@StrikeForceEnergy.com, you will be given instructions on how to return your order and get a refund.
Entering Discount Codes
- How do I enter a discount code?
On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be a box where you can enter your discount code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
If you are using a mobile browser (or a small browser window) click the text for “Show Order Summary”. Then you will be able to enter your discount code.
